An endangered white-eye heavily impacted by the cagebird trade, with olive-yellow plumage and a fine white eye-ring, found in mangroves and coastal scrub.
Once common but now scarce across much of its range due to intensive trapping, it forms small active flocks foraging for insects and nectar near the coast.
