A grey, black and white minivet lacking the fiery tones of its relatives, breeding in East Asia and appearing in Borneo mainly as a non-breeding migrant during the northern winter.
Forms loose flocks that forage high in the canopy for insects, often joining mixed-species parties as they pass through on migration or settle temporarily in forest edge habitats.
