Osprey

A large, fish-eating raptor with a white head and underparts and a dark eye-stripe, found along coasts, rivers and large lakes; present in Sabah mainly as a non-breeding migrant.

Hunts by hovering and plunge-diving feet-first into water to seize fish, then carrying prey head-forward in its talons back to a perch.
