A beautiful small tree frog, rich reddish-brown with scattered white or pale yellow tubercles across the back, among the most photogenic frogs in Bornean forest.
Breeds in water-filled tree holes and bamboo internodes rather than open pools, laying eggs above the waterline within the cavity. Found perched on low vegetation and tree trunks at night.
