Blue-wattled Bulbul

A poorly known bulbul endemic to Borneo, notable for the small bare blue wattle behind the eye that gives it its name, classified as Data Deficient.

So rarely recorded that basic aspects of its ecology remain unstudied, with sightings largely confined to lowland forest in scattered parts of the island.
