A tiny litter frog named for its notably webbed hind feet, found on the forest floor close to small hill streams. Like other Leptobrachella, it is cryptically coloured brown and easily mistaken for a dead leaf.
Active mainly at night, calling from leaf litter or low streamside vegetation. Field separation from related dwarf litter frogs generally requires a close look at the feet or a recorded call.
