Zebra Dove

A small, slender dove finely barred with black across the neck and breast, giving a zebra-striped appearance, common in open and semi-urban habitats.

Forages on the ground for seeds in pairs or small groups, and is one of the most familiar doves around villages, gardens and roadsides in Sabah.
