A bent-toed gecko named after the Miri area of Sarawak, where it was first described, part of the large and continually growing Cyrtodactylus genus in Borneo.
Nocturnal, hunting invertebrates on tree trunks and rock surfaces in forest habitat; like many Bornean Cyrtodactylus, its known range is fairly restricted and it is best confirmed by comparison with related species.
