A bent-toed gecko named after the Niah Caves in Sarawak, where it was first described, associated with cave entrances and surrounding limestone rock rather than typical forest tree trunks.
Nocturnal, hunting invertebrates on rock surfaces around cave mouths; its restricted limestone habitat makes it one of Borneo's more geographically narrow Cyrtodactylus species.
