A widespread white-toothed shrew found across parts of South and Southeast Asia, including Bornean forest habitat, similar in general appearance to other Crocidura shrews.
Forages continuously for invertebrates in leaf litter and undergrowth. As with most shrews, an incidental rather than a targeted sighting.
