Bornean Green-Magpie

A Bornean-endemic magpie with bright green plumage, a red bill and legs, and a black mask through the eye — a striking, unmistakable bird of hill and montane forest.

Forages in the mid-storey and canopy for large insects and small vertebrates, usually in pairs or small family groups, with a varied repertoire of loud, harsh calls.
