A bright green leafbird endemic to Borneo's mountains, closely related to the lowland Greater Green Leafbird but restricted to cooler montane forest at higher elevations.
Feeds on fruit, nectar and insects in the canopy, often joining mixed flowering-tree gatherings, and is a sought-after endemic for birders visiting Borneo's highland forests such as Kinabalu.
