Yellow-eared Spiderhunter

A large spiderhunter identified by yellow patches behind the eye and a heavily streaked yellow-and-olive underside, favouring lowland and hill forest.

Visits flowering and fruiting trees for nectar and small fruit, supplementing its diet with spiders gleaned from webs in the canopy and understorey.
