A small forest agamid lacking any visible external ear opening — the feature behind its common name — with finely patterned, ornate skin unlike the gliding Draco lizards it shares forest habitat with.

Diurnal and non-gliding, found in low vegetation and on the forest floor foraging for small invertebrates, generally far less conspicuous than Borneo's more visible flying lizards.
