An extremely slender, elongated snake with a pointed snout and horizontal, keyhole-shaped pupils giving strong binocular vision — an adaptation for judging distance while hunting camouflaged among vines and branches.
Diurnal and arboreal, hunting frogs and lizards by slow, deliberate stalking. Mildly rear-fanged venomous, of no real concern to humans, but best left undisturbed like any snake.
